Heterosexual.
* RACE
Human.
* ORIGIN
New Bark Town, Johto Region.
* OCCUPATION
Professional Trainer/Capturer.
* PERSONALITY (+)
- Energetic; for a person spending their life capturing Pokémon as an occupation, crystal has to be energetic and active 24/7! even in moments of rest she exercises and occasionally jogs in place excited with the upcoming event or mission.
- Caring; she sympathetic with most of her friends as well as Pokémon. Crystal believes that everyone deserves a second chance and would not hesitate to stop to help those in need. Is the person down in the dumps? Not a problem! Crystal will always be there to comfort a dejected buddy or even a stranger.
- Enthusiastic; always enthusiastic about her job and there’s almost never a day where she believes her choice of profession was a mistake. Discovering, capturing, and knowing Pokémon encourages her to continue on with her dreams of capturing every Pokémon in existence.
- Intelligent; this girl has traveled the world to capture Pokémon for professor Oak and she has worked alongside the scientist. She may not be a Pokémon Professor, but she knows most species’ attacks, traits, natural habitat, favorite food, etc. without having to go through the trouble of pulling out a Pokedex.
- Courageous; well most girls at the age of 17 do not travel the world on their own, so that makes her a very brave. From haunted houses to dark caves, Crystal will take them on as long as she has flashlight and her Pokémon at hand.
- Persistent; if she fails at capturing a Pokémon she continue trying until she is finally victorious. Legendary Pokémon are known to be very difficult to capture, but that just means she has to continue trying and never give in. This sort of works the same way in a debate with another human, she won’t give up until she’s the winner.
* PERSONALITY (-)
- Gullible; considering brand new Pokémon pop out of nowhere every few years or so, she really can not help but believe rumors and information brokers. Unfortunately, she sometimes falls for the scam or is either led to a trap which usually irritates her.
- Short-Tempered; you yell at her, she yells back! She dislikes people who are mean to her for no good reason. Crystal is also known to lose her patience when individuals annoy her to a high extent, frustration from being scammed, arguments that last too long, etc. She is also very impatient and finds it difficult to slow down for stragglers.
- Stubborn; it is her way or the highway! Of course, she respects her elders, but when someone her age tells her what to do then she does not hesitate to state her opinion or disagree. Crystal likes being correct and often feels humiliated when she is proven wrong.
- Somewhat Timid; this only works when she has a crush on someone. Her personality drastically changes from her usual rambunctious and energetic nature to a shy girl who keeps to herself. When around a crush she will become flustered and stutter when speaking along with not keep eye contact.
- Envious; she does not really view Pokémon as prized possessions, but as a proud Pokémon capturer she is usually envious when a trainer owns a Pokémon that she has yet to capture. On the other hand, she does not really care for materialistic possessions.
- Overly Competitive; when someone challenges her, she is always prepared. There is no way she would turn down a challenge and is somewhat confident that she will win. Her competitive nature is not only limited to Pokémon, this could also involve games and other miscellaneous duels.

MEGAMega was technically Crystal’s first starter Pokémon. Crystal had recently moved into New Bark Town and there was already a tiny Pokémon following her around. Crystal assumed that the abandoned Chikorita had been following her since she probably resembled his previous trainer. Crystal decided to become the Chikorita’s trainer temporarily until the day they found his previous owner. Eventually, Mega grew attached to Crystal, evolved twice (now a Meganium), and has decided to stick with her for good. Mega shares similar personality traits to his master and always tries to impress her. Mega’s ability is Overgrow.
PARAPYONA female Parasect, which was a Paras at the time, that was captured from the wild. Parapyon is the first Pokémon Crystal had caught with a pokeball. She is mainly used to induce status effects to stop opponents from running or attacking. Other than that, Parapyon pretty much has a dull personality and would much rather avoid socializing with her teammates. Parapyon’s ability is Effect Spore.
NAIPYONThis Xatu is one of her childhood Pokémon that had grown alongside her as a Natu. Crystal has gained enough trust in her Naipyon that she uses only her as a primary aerial transport. It is thanks to her Naipyon that she is able to overcome her fear of heights on some occasions. Naipyon is acts somewhat like a mother hen to Crystal and the younger Pokémon, perhaps the most mature of her party as well. Naipyon’s ability is Synchronize.
WINPYONThis male Arcanine was initially a wild Pokémon with an eye injury that would go berserk when anyone approached him. Crystal had difficulties capturing the wild Pokémon and even broke her arm in her first attempt. Eventually, through enough hardships and struggles, Crystal managed to tame the wild Pokémon and add him to her team. She mainly uses him as a land transport, but also in battle. Winpyon has a very short fuse and becomes enraged easily, it would be best not to annoy him. Winpyon’s ability is Flash Fire.
MISSYCrystal ‘adopted’ this Pokémon which was in the same situation as Mega. A female Misdreavus, Crystal could not resist the Pokémon’s adorable features and clingy nature. She only keeps Missy as a traveling companion and usually avoids using her in battle. Thanks to Crystal’s spoiling, Missy believes she is the favorite among the party. Missy’s ability is Levitate.
BONEEAnother childhood Pokémon alongside her Xatu, this male Cubone was usually there for Crystal when she was injured and spent most of her days in the hospital to recover from her injuries. She uses it as a secondary battler and an encourager during difficult times. Bonee’s ability is Rock Head.
*Note: Most of Crystal’s Pokémon are loosely based on the Pokémon manga (Special) & anime (TV SPECIAL).
