A small and quiet town with only a handful of houses where a couple of families reside in. Trees surround the town and if you exit the town and travel to the left is where Lake Verity lies where the legendary pokemon Mesprit is meant to reside.

The Sinnoh laboratory is located within this town, this is where new trainers pick their starter pokemon out of the three available. Not much else is here in this peaceful little town apart from a pokecenter and pokemart which is of course useful for trainers travelling through.

Jubilife is home to the TV Station, Poketch company and the Pokemon Trainer School. It’s the first city that new trainers who start at Sandgem Town will come across and is a large city which is bustling with life.

This is where the first gym is located, it’s a mining town and keeps up the rock based theme with the rock gym and the mining museum. Also the mines are accessible to visitors who want to take a look around or who just want to search for some rock type pokemon.

A beautiful town covered in flowers, this place attracts a lot of attention from visitors and pokemon alike. There is a cute little flower shop which is very popular amongst the public. Valley Windworks is also nearby. There is also a huge flower field with trees where people go to slather honey on the bark.

An ancient city with a large statue of the time-space pokemon standing at the west of the city. The air is apparently very clean and fresh, making it a popular place to live. The grass gym resides here as well as a bicycle and herb shop.

Department Store, Game corner and the fighting type gym, Veilstone City certainly has a lot of places to visit. Half the city is raised on rocky hills and slopes, earning the city the title ‘hewn from rock’.

A very small town that has apparently stood the test of time, there is a cave in the middle of town that is said to tell the Time-Space Legend. There isn’t much else apart from a pokecenter, a small shop and two ponds. Sinnoh Champion Cynthia grew up here.

Home of the water type gym, Pastoria City is also where the Great Marsh resides which is more or less like the Safari Zone which is located in Johto. Other than the residential homes there is not much else that is really worth noting.

Contest Hall and a Gym, what else could you want? That’s not all though, this lively and grand city also has a pokecenter, pokemart, the pokemon fan club and of course Amity Square. All in all this city is very popular amongst trainers, coordinators and citizens alike.

There is little to see or do in Solaceon City, there is on gym meaning it isn’t exactly popular with trainers unless they are coming to visit the pokemon daycare centre nearby. However there is the Solaceon Ruins nearby.

A city with an urban feeling towards it, there is an expanse of water running down the centre of the city which serves as a way for the boats to get in and out, the boat taking you to Iron Island and Fullmoon Island. There is the steel type gym here and the harbour inn.

A beautiful city covered in snow all year around, no wonder the ice type gym resides here with the cold weather and snow, it really does fit the theme. Other buildings here are the Snowpoint Temple and the entrance to Lake Acuity.

A rocky city which is ran by solar panels made into walkways, there is also a large lighthouse located in the city. The electric type gym makes its home here and there is a bustling market located in the city. There are also patches of beach dotted around the edge of the city.
