(because they ARE pokemon) What ever takes place in this board DOES NOT happen in the actual rp. S if you battled someone & met them in Ziel or something, you would act as if you've met them for the first time.

If your character owns a pokegear (if they have in their inventory) they can put up their pokegear information so anyone else can contact them through calls. Pokegears DO NOT exist in Ziel, phonecalls will not work in Ziel.
