I would think that only people who will go along with an adult who still thinks himself a child and is always out on some prank can get to be his friends. He’s extremely juvenile and there’s nothing to him like a good prank or a game of hide-and-seek. If you’re with him you’re probably either the unlucky victim of one of his pranks or playing along as he plays skip-the-cracks. If you think of him as an oversized naughty child then that’s pretty much what you get with Vortex. His closest friend and childhood friend is Erik the Dialga replica, so if you don’t get along with him don’t think he’ll play nice-nice with you, oh, and of course if you don’t like Arceus (his Kecleon) you shouldn’t expect much from him either… it’s like buy-one-take-two-free deal. However if you do become his friend know that he’s extremely loyal to them, although he’d be in the habit of playing some nasty pranks to his friends… so tolerance or patience is a must unless you can throw all the pranks right back at him.

Yeah, these wouldn’t surprise me. It’s hard to make Vort hate you, at best he’d think you a fun sucker or just someone to avoid. He doesn’t take enemies seriously if they ask for a fight he’ll probably just pinch their cheek, make fun of what they just said and turn around and run in hopes the person is up for a chase. He’s not much of a fighter, as you can hopefully tell. Of course there’s probably the person or two who wants him dead because of some horrible prank he played on them like switching their shampoo with crushed rat guts or breaking one of your Pokemon’s pokeballs, really with him there’s no limit…

He’s a huge flirt, don’t get him wrong but he’s not exactly into long term lasting relationships. Maybe a fling every here and there and he has no problem humoring a lady that’s crushing on him, but like with enemies he can be extremely juvenile with romantic relationships which is part of the reason they don’t go very far with him. Feel free to swoon over him, I’m not saying he won’t pay attention to your character I’m just saying that don’t expect pretty flowers and chocolates on valentine’s day, more likely expect thing exploding, being set on fire and items going missing from your house.
