First thing you might notice from Vortex is that he is really LAIDBACK and although at times this can get to the point of actually being lazy most times it is simply a relaxed way to look at things. He can hardly be flustered and instead of stressing over all the little details he sits back, relaxes and looks at the bigger picture. The portal can also be extremely LOYAL to those he considers friends and you can be sure if he sees you in a high esteem and truthfully enjoys having you around for company you have someone who’ll never willingly betray you and will do his best to defend whatever little honor you have. You’ll find that although he normally uses his CREATIVE talents for negative things however this doesn’t make him any less creative. He can come up with the oddest of things and contraptions that might make you marvel simply stand back wide-eyed unable to believe what’s there before you. The Whisper Keeper is also EASILY AMUSED laughing at the stupidest of things –even jokes he has heard of a thousand times before, he’s always with a smile plastered on his face which although normally can make people cheer up it’s when you discover its because he has fireworks on his backpack and is prepared to set them off that might just wipe the smile off your face.
At least if he likes your or dislikes you can be sure Vortex will be very HONEST with you and although sometimes this may take a turn from honesty to brutal honesty to just outright bluntness normally he simply will tell it how it is. If he dislikes you he’ll cheerfully ask you to move your fat ass out of the way then promptly thank you for doing so –maybe his honesty is not exactly what you’d expect but if you ask him a question at least know that whatever answer he comes up with is probably the truth.
* PERSONALITY (-)[/font]
The Whisper Keeper can seem as quite the ARROGANT individual sometimes and don’t worry if you think he is, because he most definitely is. He doesn’t allow anyone’s petty problems to bother him and although he doesn’t exactly view himself as superior he does view himself as untouchable in a way –nothing is too important for him to be bothered about, that’s the way he sees things. You can always see this fellow up to no good so it is always safe to assume that he’s RECKLESS, he does things without giving it a second thought, hell he does things without giving it a second thought, in fact he’ll do anything for a good adrenaline rush and that normally leads to sticky situations that one would rather avoid. Of course being a PRANKSTER doesn’t help the fact, it simple enforces the point that he’ll do just about anything to get in trouble and boy can does pranks get out of control. They can vary from something as simple as sitting on a whoopee cushion to something as extreme as opening a portal and pushing you into a barren and lonely desert in the middle of nowhere and ditching you there. Vortex can be quite CRUEL when it comes to his pranks and just people in general –he’ll either pick at someone naïve and try to stain their mind with his twisted ideals or someone to just annoy and make fume –he likes watching people stomp around reduced to tantrums and most of all he adores huge messes. Vortex is also a huge flirt, FLIRTING with anything relatively pretty if he gets the chance and not afraid to fault his stuff (don’t ask what that means, just embrace it) and he loves it when the ladies flirt back but he also adores it when they play hard to get but make it painfully obvious that they’re going to surrender in the end.
Vortex is also as STUBBORN as a mule and as hard to budge as one, he’s not really one-tracked minded or anything of the like but once he has made a decision, by golly, he sticks to it. Trying to convince him otherwise is like trying to convince a horse to lay eggs –good luck getting that done. And although he may be willing to give you a chance and listen to what you have to say never once think you can dissuade him. To no one’s surprise (at least I hope no one is surprised) the Portal can be very JUVENILE, in fact he behaves more like a child than the adult he is, playing kiddie games (he’s all for jump rope) and doodling on walls, in fact he seems to be merely lucky his Pokémon companion loves games as much as he does and you can normally see the intruding in children’s play and going along with it. He’s unable to TAKE ANYTHING SERIOUSLY if you have a sob story to tell you’re probably better off not telling him, not that he’ll repeat if he trusts you, or at least is fond of you but he’ll probably make a snide remark or guffaw as you say something that actually matters, nope, don’t trust him to do that. Even if it’s his life that’s on the line you’ll find that he seems to be unable to take it seriously for the most part and probably just laugh it off.

Likes;; pranks, beaches, the sea, windy weather, sand, danger, trouble, adrenaline rush, roller coasters, irony, messes, chaos, parties, cacophony, hot-heads, loud music, challenges, jokes, being amused, going fast (as in cars or anything similar), food, eating, shameless flirting, talking, sneering, swimming, running, getting in trouble, insults (because when someone goes out of their way to make your life miserable you know you’re just that important), hoodies, jackets, chocolate chip cookies, rings, relaxing (well, at least his concept of relaxing), sleeping, napping, clumsiness (when people start tripping over their own two feet he’s amused), cobblestone roads (he maturely plays skip the cracks on them with Arceus), games, hide-and-seek, exploring, new experiences, adventure.

* WEAKNESS + STRENGTHS[/font]
He’s OBSERVANT mostly due to his hide-and-seek playing with Arceus, it came to the point where he notices if only the tiniest detail is amiss not to mention that he’s now and expert in searching for that familiar crooked stripe that crosses a Kecleon’s body. However, Vortex is extremely IMPATIENT, the only thing he’s been able to wait in his life is for a good prank to unfold itself everything else that includes waiting for him is just too much and like a small child he’ll fidget, shift from foot to foot, bite his lip, play with his hands, he’ll grow uneasy and in the end do something reckless in order to stop the boredom. Although he normally plans his pranks quite well, Vortex is actually quite FORGETFUL tending to forget names he has known for months or little details like closing the fridge’s door, in fact if it wasn’t for Arceus’ constant chiding he’d forget where he left his team’s Pokeballs. He is good, however at LAST MINUTE PLANS, these “plans” normally consist of alternatives if what he was planning to do goes all to hell and he can think them at the spur of the moment and if the right dose of inspiration hits him maybe the plan may actually be good enough to get everyone out of the predicament unscathed, this is the strategy he normally uses in battle, winging things out until some brilliant idea strikes him and deciding that that is what his Pokémon should do. He’s also very ATHELETIC, since he’s always running around and skipping like a little girl it’s no wonder he can be rather fast on his feet and all because he’s a very active person. Surprisingly enough despite his naughty streak Vortex if actually a POOR LIAR, half the stuff he mutters and tries to let slide as lies are only half-assed attempts at them and unless the person is mentally retarded they probably will be able to see easily through them, of course one thing is lying and the other is the biting sarcasm he usually adopts. Oh and of course he’s always LOOSING THINGS, all the time, whether it’s the dinner he’s suppose to be having or Giratina’s Pokeball it’s always someplace he can never quite remember, a trait Arceus does not appreciate at all as the Kecleon is most times forced to put things in their respective place for his trainer.
* SKILLS[/font]
To no one’s surprise Vort is actually excellent at PRANKING, in fact he’s always at it which can make him quite the annoying individual to be around and also probably one of the most juvenile persons you’ll ever meet. However what might actually be to some surprise is that he’s actually a skilled at OPENING PORTALS able to open them and close them in record time and with precision that only derives out of long hours of practice with his pranks –what better way to get away from trouble then transporting himself somewhere else? He dedicates so much time to practicing this particular skill of his, however, that his kinetic abilities are next to none-existent and probably has to concentrate for a full five minutes before even making something as small as a spoon move an inch from its original place. He’s also good at, believe it or not at playing the GUITAR AND BASS, yep, though why he even started learning in the first place is unknown but he certainly doesn’t mind picking an acoustic guitar and strumming away.

Arceus – Kecleon – Male – Color Change – Focus Sash
Ever met his trainer? Well no need to meet Arceus because the two are exactly alike. Arceus loves pranks, getting in trouble and living on the edge so to speak. Normally he can be seen pulling faces and walking around with whoopee cushions –he’s loud and bouncy and positively annoying. He’s the type to stick out his tongue when you look at him or simply pull a funny face to either make you laugh or stand there unsure if the Kecleon means harm. Also, like his trainer, Arceus isn’t much of a fighter –more laidback and easygoing in that perspective but he can be amazingly hot-headed when pushed. It is unknown when exactly the Whisper Keeper and the Pokémon met but anyone that knows Vortex from his younger days know that the trainer and the Kecleon have been together for a very long time. What he tells hints that he had Arceus since he was a mere egg but he likes keeping things vague. Although he prefers to avoid fighting when he gets into it he really gets into it and normally the Kecleon’s strategy are all-out offense. His signature move is Recover and the Kecleon is never inside his Pokeball.
Palkia – Eevee – Female – Adaptability – Focus Sash
You’d think that being the only female in the group would make the Eevee the spoiled one of the group, but in fact quite the opposite. Palkia is perhaps the harshest, toughest one of the group even making sure the guys are whipped into shape. She’s not afraid of anything or anyone be them bigger or stronger than her and she loves a good brawl –normally she decides to pick on her twin –Giratina, showing the male Eevee whose boss with a quick swipe of her paw and a snarl and even Arceus tends to avoid her when she’s in a mood. Vortex sees her as his little fluff ball, however, which tends to annoy Palkia to no end but she seems to be fairly attached to the trainer. The portal found the two on a stormy day huddled under a tree, shaking and wet to the bone. Why he decided to take care of them is beyond anyone since the two Eeevees are known to treat him with as much respect as they would the dirt stuck between their nails –but it’s true that they seem to obey him fairly enough and never try straying from his side. The pair knows Detect but Palkia’s signature move appears to be Quick Attack.
Giratina – Eevee – Male – Adaptability – Focus Sash
Shy, nervous and just a tad high-strung, Giratina isn’t perhaps the fearsome Pokémon one would think would be addressed as much –nowhere near that in fact. Giratina leaps into the air and squeaks like a rat at the merest of sounds and normally his eyes are wide and darting quickly from left to right in an attempt to keep everything and anything in sight. He hates surprises, he hates company, he hates everything, in fact. He’s a little tight ball of hate and even when Vortex tries to comfort the fellow he only responds with vicious snarling –although there are moments where he will simply curl up on his trainer’s chest and fall asleep but normally Giratina prefers to be left alone –there’s a lot of scraps in the group thanks to his sister and although it may seem amazing to think so Giratina actually enjoys a good fight where he can show flaunt off his stuff. Vortex found the two Eevees (Palkia and Giratina) huddled under a tree on a stormy day –the two were dripping wet and shaking with the cold and despite the twins’ protest, snarls and nips Vortex stubbornly took them home and nursed them to health. The pair knows Detect but Giratina’s signature move seems to be Bite.
Raikou – Shinx – Male – Intimidate – Focus Sash
The Shinx is the smiling, happy-go-lucky type of fellow whose always so positively cheery you just want to strangle him. No matter what he’s doing you can be sure he’ll be doing with a smile. Walking down the street next to his trainer –he’ll smile. Eating a particularly tasty berry –he’ll smile. Watching people walk by in line –he’ll smile. Being told he’s a stinking sap of fur and should go die in a hole –he’ll smile. Electrocuting random bystander just for the amusement –he’ll smile. Yes, Raikou is actually a sadistic happy-go-lucky Shinx. There’s nothing he seems to like more than cause someone pain or at least some discomfort. Don’t get him wrong –Raikou positively adores his trainer but one thing is his friend (as he thinks of his trainer and the rest of the team) and other things are the rest of the people. He could give a shit about them and he shows them by being the sadistic little psychopath in-the-making that he appears to be. Raikou was caught like your average Pokémon –Vortex stumbled on the Flash Pokémon and simply decided to add him to his team. His signature move is Thunder Fang.
Groudon – Trapinch – Male – Hyper Cutter – Focus Sash
Being the second Pokémon Vortex ever obtained has made Groudon and him quite attached but truth be told you might need to watch them for a very long time to actually be convinced. These two seem to have a love-hate relationship because even though the Trapinch never seems to disobey a direct command it seems to prefer ignoring his trainer than actually sit around wandering what he wants or maybe it’s just dim. He’s apathetic to the world around him and prefers to ignore most things –normally just standing around unblinking and deadly still enough to make anyone think he’s a statue. Even in battle it seems to treat everything with indifference making his opponents unaware that the Trapinch is exhausted until it collapses and lays still, maybe somewhere along the way it inherited Slowpoke genes. The Trapinch met Vortex (yes the Pokémon met the trainer) trying to get away from its current trainer which turned out to be an abusive ass. To play him a cruel joke the Whisper Keeper decided to snatch Trapinch’s Pokeball from the trainer and take the ground-type with him for a while. However, one thing led to the other and in the end the Pokeball ended up broken in a million tiny pieces and while the other trainer raged Vortex caught Groudon and added it to his team. His signature move is Dig.
Azelf – Scyther – Male – Technician – Metal Coat
The real muscle behind Vortex’s team, Azelf is the real fighter here and boy does he know it. The Scyther is proud and sneering –the type to point and laugh, actually, a trait he probably draws from his trainer. Although normally he is quiet and serious, simply deciding to wait for a good battle or what he thinks of as “worthy opponents” one can actually see the Mantis Pokémon right alongside Vortex when he’s in one of his big nasty pranks and being all for it. The story goes that while running away from the authorities he somehow ended up in some woods and smacked against an angry-looking Scyther. How the hell did he end up catching the nasty little critter, well, he probably thought he could tick it off more if he did so and in the end simply kept the Scyther as part of his team and dubbed it Azelf. Azelf is a speedy fighter and for some reason yet unknown he knows Counter.
