He's a Pokemon Gym Leader and Kanto's Former Champion, hailing from Pallet Town Though Red stole won the title. He doesn't share an extreme hatred for the action since he respects Red though his face does help him when he trains. At nineteen, he's pretty mature except when he is being an ass. He doesn't like to show his good side, but he is dutiful and daring though prideful and envious.

he doesn't quite get the gist of these since he's a retired champion and all, but they make him better.

lovers/fangirls;;
Due to the not-so-long time of reigning Kanto Champion, he isn't really used to the fangirls. He'll tolerate them a little, but when he feels like it is enough, he'll zip away. Lovers is something strange to him since he is awkward around girls who actually crush on him. Leaf's the only girl he can tolerate

Friends/Sibling Bond/Role Model

Okay, Juan can be like the somethings annoying little sister of Blue. She could have been introduced to by Leaf. She could have developed some of her admiration from his knowledge and skilled. Maybe he saved her from a pack of wild beedrills with his Charmander? Maybe he can think of her as a younger sibling [even if she is only a year younger] and thus can be rather protective? @_@ IDK. What do you think?

You want that? Big Brother Young Blue? Cause he's an ass Well, here goes an idea. Blue, being a nosy kid, notices Leaf sneaking food. Being sneaky, he follows and threatens to tell until Leaf uses her "special power" to convinces Blue not to tell. Then Blue starts to give tips and when Blue gets his super-duper Charmander, then the ego stroking could begin. He would be an ass when they got to know each other. Protective comes later.

Of course, Mr. Mature Blue apologizes for being mean as kids when Leaf and Blue meet. Concerning the matchmaker, Blue will resist the thought since Leaf and Blue are old friends and all, but the more Juan speaks, the more Blue thinks of it as a possibility.[/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]
