* SKILLS[/font]
Observation -- It is easy for her to pick out any details. She loves to find anything out of the normal and is always alert in any surroundings. Of course, she has a hard time looking at the big picture.
Battling -- Though her observation skills are higher, her battling skills are her second highest asset. Her battling skills mostly come from watching and her intelligent mind. While she can battle, her training and catching skills are very bad.
Drawing -- Part of her job as a Watcher is capture the essesense of pokemon. She tries to experiment with many different types of sketches from gesture drawings to detailed sketches. Her best are quick sketches of battling pokemon. She also draws portraits of trainers and their pokemon for an extra buck.

Zee
Chatot - Female - Tangled Feet
At age eight, Jae showed signs of wanting to train pokemon, but her parents didn't want this, so they gave her a Chatot. When she turned ten, her parents said she couldn't take Zee, so Jaela chose her pokemon over her dreams. Chatot helped her a lot as a lab assistant, often jotting notes. When Jae became a watcher, her uselessness increased.
The two are inseparable. The chatot is very loud and expressive, sounding sound effects, human voices, and pokemon's cries whenever she feels like. A lot of the time she quotes Jae in the worst way. Basically, Zee is Jae's true emotions. They hate to be apart from one another, so Jae does not contain Zee in a pokeball unless it is an emergency. Zee hates to sleep in trees so she usually roosts on top of Jae at night. Though Jae hates egos, Zee has one along with a brash nature. Jaela doesn't mind her attitude, seeing it as spunky. The bird pokemon is highly intelligent and very cunning. Though she isn't the best candidate for mothering, she protects the weaker pokemon in the group.
Without Zee, Jaela could not function as a trainer, watcher, or researcher. She memorizes any notes Jae says, lures and scares other pokemon away, tracks anyone movement, and fights successfully. Also, Jaela would be lost without the pokemon emotionally.
Sea
Feebas – Male – Swift Swim
Jaela loved to swim and she loved feebas so when she saw a school of Feebas on Hoenn's shores, she had to catch it. Actually, she really had to catch it. With her underwater and rodless, Jae tried to grab one, encourage it to the surface. Many evaded her but one stayed calm as Jaela touched him. It wasn't until the pokemon was thrown on land did the pokemon lose its cool. He put up a good fight against Zee but lost.
It is hard to disrupt this feebas. Sea keeps calm in any situation unless she is getting eaten by a wingull. Fighting isn't a high priority unless it is in self defense. Oddly, enough Sea is vain. Why a male feebas (known as the ugliest pokemon alive) would give a lick about their appearance is beyond Jaela.
Sea has little purpose in watching or fighting and is mainly eye candy for Jae.
Dee
Magikarp – Female – Swift Swim
After capturing Sea, Jaela noticed her fish pokemon's depression. She tired many times to please the feebas but all attempts failed. It wasn't until a shifty salesman approached when she got the idea. At first, she lectured the salesman for lying about magikarp and then she bought five (draining most of her funds) and released four of them while keeping the rest. Dee was the one that remained.
If there ever was a brave pokemon competition, Dee would take the gold. She often challenges any wild pokemon she sees (and always loses), but every defeat instills more bravery. Jae tries to figure out the source of bravery and the most likely source is trying to impress Sea though so much bravery cannot come from love. She is quite content when she isn't fighting.
Dee has no place in fighting or watching. She is mostly a companion for Sea.
Que
Drifloon – Female – Aftermath
Jae is quite proud of Que since she is the first pokemon the Watcher caught. After losing to a trainer, the Watcher was writing a report, letting Sea and Dee relax by a pool when they kept splashing in fear. After a while, Jae investigated to see a drifloon picking up the duo and dropping them on land. Jae couldn't respond at first, too occupied with wondering why. After a nearly impossible battle of peck and gust, Que was the newest addition.
A scatterbrain like no other, Que doesn't like organization. She tends to disrupt anything peaceful. She's a bit of a thief as well but cannot do much since she cannot pick up items. The most she'll do is steal your berries and pokeballs. All in all, Que is quirky but she'll listen to any order Jae gives, seeing her as a great leader. The drifloon is very competitive and doesn't realize that Jae is a Watcher, not a Trainer.
Due to being carried by the wind, Que cannot serve as Watcher's pokemon besides distracting aggressive pokemon. One day, Jaela hopes to use the pokemon as a transport, but until it is a growing battler.
Vee
Treecko – Male – Overgrow
After filling a report on potential deciding factors for a wurmple to evolve into a beautifly or dustox, the resident professor asked if Jaela ever go the chance to choose a starter pokemon. When Jae said Zee was her only option, the professor offered her a choice, since new trainers preferred different starters nowadays. Treecko was her choice.
Despite constant lectures, Vee is very hasty. He has Jae's orders and executes them as fast as possible. The Watcher doesn't mind since he obeys and listens to her advice afterward. When playing with the rest of the pokemon, Vee doesn't consider others and sometimes gets himself into trouble like falling into bodies of water with Sea and Dee or pulling Que and Zee's when they fly. In short, Vee is a clown and trickster.
As a Watcher's pokemon, Vee is an expert at scounting in dense places. His ability to weave through trees and people makes him excellent. When his target is spotted, he usually stays by Jaela's side, correcting her if she strays from his zigzagged path. In battle, Vee acts a powerhouse.
Bee
Combee – Female – Honey Gather
Bee is the newest addition to Jaela's team. The watcher encountered the pokemon in Sinnoh after she was attacked by a hive of Combee. After the fighting this one strayed away from the fighting mob and pursued Jae and Zee as they fled. When they hid from the pokemon, Jae spent many days observing the pokemon before catching it.
The combee is bold as any soldier, often telling Sea and Dee to attack opponents she deems a threat. Most of the time, it is difficult for Jaela to get the bug pokemon to obey. Actually, whenever Bee is in a bad mood, Zee usually relays attacks by imitating her Queen's voice. The pokemon definitely lacks respect, which causes many fights between pokemon and trainer.
In her line of work as a Watcher, Combee serves little purpose in detecting pokemon and since she obeys very little in battles (though she can take many hits), Bee is a bit of an experiment. The purpose is to figure out why some pokemon disobey trainers.
