Oliver is one of heart's guard and the azelf replica.
he is carefree, reckless, lazy, rebellious, and can be a flirt. he is a nice guy overall unless you are over thirty then he can be a jerk. he is never serious unless pushed too far. only then can you see his bold nature. he can spiteful to some, yet loving to others. he has a major soft spot for things of all innocence, pokemon and little kids. he is surprisingly patient with those. mess with his friends and he would fuck you up.

So they meet, become friends. Oliver notices Samuel's lack of social skills and encourages him to talk more. Sam tries and most of the time fails. He gets annoyed with Oliver, especially when he falls for Mind's tricks.

he is already falling for mind's trick, but sammy might not know. considering her probably doesn't hang out with mind all to often. maybe once he could say something about mind and they could get into a fight. oliver is always quick to say something back and start a fight.

if oliver helps sammy get more social, sammy should probably try and get the lazy guard to do something lol. (oliver would in fact make up nicknames for samuel, like sammy, samster, and others.)

oh yeah oliver would definitely laugh at sammy as he failed in getting better socially. these guys should fight once in a while too. just get so mad that they start beating the crap out of each other.

I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THIS COULD GO. Because it could be all over the place and nowhere at the same time, I mean, maybe Oliver could go along with Vortex’ childish games for a while and maybe pull a prank or two with him, he sure wouldn’t mind having a replica to help him around with those. So! They could have an odd bickering friendship because I bet eventually Vortex will do something that will get on Oli’s nerves if not Arceus (the Kecleon) will make sure something happens OR they could just annoy the mutual crap out of each other until they’re strangling the other because Vortex has a thiiiing against politics and he might just take one look at Oliver and decide to take it out on him. I D K. They could fight, but that’d be an unfair fight.
